Please check that your payment method is either credit card payment, d payment, or au easy payment by going to "Confirm/change/cancel payment method" on MY PAGE.
If you wish to stop automatic renewal, you can do so by clicking "Confirm/Change/Stop Payment Method" on MY PAGE and then "Stop Automatic Renewal."
*If "Stop automatic renewal" is not displayed, it means that your subscription has already been stopped or you are not in automatic renewal mode.
The cancellation procedure can be performed up until midnight on the day before the next update date.
Once the due date has passed, your subscription will be automatically renewed using your registered payment method.
Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible after automatic renewal has been completed.
*The annual fee for "SoftBank One-Stop Payment" is not automatically renewed. From the following year onwards, you will need to make payments each time.
*When completing the procedure, please be sure to access using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).
*The "Yahoo JAPAN app" and "Google app" are not guaranteed to work, so they may not work properly.
