Membership Terms and Conditions



Please be sure to read these terms of use before using the service.
When using fromis_9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover JAPAN, customers must accept and comply with the terms of use.

Article 1 (Purpose)
fromis_9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover JAPAN (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is made up of members residing in Japan who support fromis_9, and its purpose is to support fromis_9.
Article 2 (Operator)
This service is established using a platform operated by Fanplus Co., Ltd., and the operation and management of this service will be carried out by the Service Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the "Secretariat").
Article 3 (Scope of application of membership terms and conditions)
  • 1. These Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions") set out the basic details of the services provided by the secretariat that operates this service and the rights and obligations of members, and members who join this service are deemed to have accepted the contents of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 2. With regard to the provision of services and management of personal information in this service, we use the "Plus member ID service" of Fanplus Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the Secretariat, and by completing membership registration for this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents of the "Plus member ID service terms of use."
  • 3. In addition to the notices made by the Secretariat to Members under Article 3 and these Terms and Conditions, the terms of use for each service separately stipulated by the Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use, etc.") shall constitute part of these Terms and Conditions regardless of their name.
  • 4. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of the main text of these Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the Terms of Use, etc., the provisions of the Terms of Use, etc. shall take precedence.
Article 4 (Notification to Members, etc.)
The Secretariat will notify members of necessary information from time to time by mail, email (including other electromagnetic notification methods), displaying it on its website, or by other methods the Secretariat deems appropriate. Announcements of performances, etc. may be issued in parallel with other media outside of this service, such as the official website and email (including other electromagnetic notification methods).
Article 5 (Members)
A "member" in these Terms and Conditions refers to an individual who has applied for membership in the prescribed manner, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Service, accepted these Terms and Conditions, and has been approved by the Secretariat (the service usage contract established by such approval is hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Contract"), and has paid the membership fees, etc. set forth in Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions, or an individual whose membership is approved by the Secretariat without the need to pay membership fees, etc. (hereinafter such individuals are referred to as "free members," and collectively referred to as "members"). If the person applying for membership is a minor, they must obtain the prior consent of their parent or other legal representative.
Article 6 (Rejection and withdrawal of membership)
  • 1. If the Secretariat determines that an applicant for membership in this service falls under any of the following, the Secretariat may refuse to approve the application.
  • 1-1 If your consent to join the Service has been revoked or you have been expelled from the Service in the past (including at the time of your application for membership) due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 1-2 If there are any false statements, errors, or omissions in the membership application. If the application is for a corporation rather than an individual.
  • 1-3 If the same individual has already registered as a member.
  • 1-4 If you live outside Japan.
  • 1-5 Any other case in which the Secretariat deems it inappropriate to accept the person as a member.
  • 2. Even after approving a membership application, the Secretariat may revoke the approval if it is discovered that the approved member falls under any of the items in the preceding paragraph. Even if the approval is revoked, the Secretariat will not be able to exercise any rights, such as claims for refund of paid membership fees or claims for damages.
Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership)
  • 1. The Secretariat may terminate a member's membership if the member falls under any of the following items. The service agreement with the terminated member will be treated as terminated immediately upon the Secretariat's decision to terminate the membership.
  • 1-1 If you commit any of the prohibited acts set out in Article 12 of these Terms and Conditions
  • 1-2 If the membership fees, etc., as stipulated in Article 9 of these Terms and Conditions are not paid
  • 1-3 Any other violation of these Terms or Terms of Use, etc.
  • 1-4 In addition to the above three cases, if the Secretariat deems it appropriate to expel a member
  • 2. A member who has been expelled from the club will not be able to exercise any rights, such as claiming a refund of membership fees already paid or claiming damages, regardless of the reason.
Article 8 (Member Benefits)
  • 1. Members are entitled to the following benefits. However, free members are not entitled to some of the member benefits.

  • 1-2 Other benefits determined by this service
  • 2. Information regarding the benefits available to members will be announced once the dates have been confirmed. Please note that due to preparations for the announcement, some benefits may not be available depending on the time of joining.
Article 9 (Membership Fees, etc.)
  • 1. Members (excluding free members; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) shall pay the following membership fees (hereinafter referred to as "Membership Fees, etc.") to the Secretariat at the time of joining and when the validity period of their membership as specified in the next Article is extended.

    Annual fee: 6,600 yen (tax included)
    * Registration fee is for the first year only

  • 2. The payment method for the membership fees, etc. set forth in the preceding paragraph will be determined separately by the Service.
  • 3. Membership fees, etc. will continue to be incurred and must be paid (automatically renewed) from the date of joining until the date the member terminates the service agreement by completing the cancellation procedure via the member's mobile device, etc.
    Please note that regardless of the date of joining, membership fees will be charged for the entire membership period (not calculated on a pro rata basis), and that membership fees already paid will not be refunded regardless of the reason for membership suspension or withdrawal.
  • 4. Use of this service will incur separate communication fees in addition to membership fees, etc. If you use a packet service, you will be charged communication fees for sending and receiving data.
Article 10 (Validity Period)
  • 1. The validity period of the annual membership is the end of the 13th month after the month of joining.
  • 2. For credit card payments, d Payment, and au Easy Payment, if you do not complete the cancellation procedure stipulated in Article 13 of these Terms and Conditions by the day before the renewal date, your membership will be extended, and you will be charged the membership fees and other charges stipulated in the previous article.
  • 3. There is no validity period for free membership, and it will continue at the member's discretion unless the member himself/herself carries out the cancellation procedure.
Article 11 (Member Obligations, etc.)
  • 1. Members shall manage their login IDs and passwords at their own risk, and the Secretariat shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by members due to insufficient management of these, errors in use, or use by a third party.
  • 2. Members may not lend, transfer, or change the name of their login ID and password to a third party.
  • 3. If there are any changes to the information provided to the Secretariat at the time of application for membership, the Member shall promptly carry out the change procedure in the manner specified by the Secretariat.
  • 4. If a member fails to make the notification etc. set forth in the preceding paragraph and as a result a notice etc. from the Secretariat does not reach the member, the Secretariat shall not be held responsible in any way.
Article 12 (Prohibited matters)

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this service.

  • 1. Buying, selling, transferring, changing the name or sharing of membership, and granting permission to a third party to use it
  • 2. Fictitious names, falsehoods, or duplicate registrations
  • 3. Using any data, information, text, sound, video, illustrations, etc. obtained through this service for purposes such as reproduction, sale, publication, or broadcasting beyond the scope of personal use permitted by copyright law.
  • 4. Infringing or engaging in any act that may infringe on the property, privacy, or portrait rights of artists or other third parties.
  • 5. Defaming or libeling an artist or other third party, damaging their reputation or credibility, or creating the risk of doing so.
  • 6. Reselling the rights and privileges acquired as a member to a third party through an internet auction, etc., or transferring, lending, or changing the name of such rights and privileges to a third party, or providing such rights and privileges as security for the creation of a pledge or other security.
  • 7. Forcing an artist to contact or meet with you, or requesting that the service contact or meet with you.
  • 8. Using the Service to engage in any commercial activities for yourself or a third party, or any activities intended to prepare for such activities.
  • 9. Using the Service to engage in pre-election campaigning, election campaigning, or any other similar activities, or any activities that violate the Public Offices Election Act.
  • 10. Using the Service to engage in religious activities, including the promotion of religion, or activities related to religious associations, such as the establishment or operation of a religious organization or joining a religious organization.
  • 11. In addition to the above, engaging in any acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, or that interfere with the operation of this service.
Article 13 (Membership Withdrawal Procedures, etc.)
  • 1. If a member wishes to cancel his/her membership of this service, he/she must complete the cancellation procedure from his/her My Page via a mobile device, etc., by the day before the membership renewal date.
  • 2. Even if you have completed the cancellation procedure in accordance with the preceding paragraph, you can continue to use the Service until the expiration date of your membership as specified in Article 10, Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 3. When a member (excluding free members) cancels their membership, the Secretariat will not refund any membership fees or service fees for the Service that the member has already paid, including on a pro rata basis.
  • 4. Members (excluding free members) will not be relieved of the obligation to pay any purchase prices for products, etc., as part of membership benefits, or any other fees for the use of the Service, even after canceling their membership, if such obligation has arisen at the time of cancellation.
Article 14 (Changes to these Terms and Conditions)
  • 1. The Secretariat may, as necessary, change these Terms and Conditions, including the member benefits and other service content of the Service.
  • 2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Secretariat shall notify the Member in advance or after the fact in the manner specified in Article 3, and the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes by using the Service in accordance with the revised Terms and Conditions.
  • 3. If a Member does not agree to the revised terms and conditions, he/she may immediately discontinue use of the Service and cancel his/her membership. However, the Member agrees in advance that any membership fees and other fees already paid will not be refunded.
Article 15 (Suspension of Service, etc.)
  • 1. The Secretariat may suspend or discontinue the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Members due to circumstances of the Artist, the operational status of the Service, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • 2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Secretariat shall notify the Member in advance or after the fact in accordance with the method set forth in Article 4.
Article 16 (Dissolution of the Service)
  • 1. If the Secretariat determines that it is difficult to continue operating the Service due to the artist's activities or other circumstances, it may dissolve the Service.
  • 2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Secretariat shall not refund any membership fees or other payments already made to members.
Article 17 (Handling of Personal Information, etc.)
  • 1. The Secretariat may use members' registered information (such as name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, nickname, etc.) only when necessary for the operation of the Service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • 2. In addition to the preceding paragraph, if the Secretariat obtains personal information from a member (including information that can identify a specific individual by comparing it with the member's registration information as specified in the preceding paragraph), the Secretariat will use the information at its own risk and expense in accordance with the relevant privacy policy.
  • 3. The Secretariat will use personal information collected from members only for the purposes set out below.
    (1) Member information management
    (2) Information about goods, new services, campaigns, etc. via email newsletters, etc.
    (3) Applications, communications, shipping, etc. regarding events, gifts, etc.
    (4) Responding to inquiries and consultations from members
    (5) Conducting and collecting surveys related to the activities of this service
    (6) Any other purpose for which the member has given individual consent.
  • 4. The Secretariat will not use the personal information of members that it has acquired for any purposes beyond those set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • 5. The Secretariat will take necessary and appropriate measures as prescribed by law to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of the personal information of members that it has obtained, and to ensure the safe management of such personal information.
  • 6. The Secretariat will not provide members' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
    (1) When required by law
    (2) When a disclosure request is made by a person with legal authority
    (3) When disclosure is unavoidable in order to protect or recover the rights of the user or a third party from unlawful infringement.
    (4) When it is deemed necessary to disclose the information to a contractor for business purposes.
  • 7. The Secretariat will respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries from members regarding the handling of personal information or personal information, and will endeavor to manage members' personal information appropriately. However, in response to such inquiries, the Secretariat may request confirmation of the member's identity.
Article 18 (Compensation for damages)
If a member causes damage to the management, artists, or other third parties through the use of this service for reasons attributable to the member, the member shall be liable for compensation.
Article 19 (Disclaimer)
  • 1. The Secretariat shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of this service, except in cases where such damages are due to the Secretariat's willful misconduct or negligence.
  • 2. If you do not check the notification with the application deadline and the deadline passes, you will lose your right to apply, and we will not be able to accept any inquiries after the application deadline.
  • 3. We shall not be liable for any disruption to the use of our services caused by reasons attributable to the member.
  • 4. The Secretariat shall not be liable for any disadvantages that arise from members being unable to use the Internet, such as not being able to receive some member benefits (web-only content, etc.).
  • 5. If notification is made in the manner set forth in Article 3, the Member may not raise any objections even if the Member is not in an environment where he or she can accept the notification.
Article 20 (Agenda matters)
If any matter not specified in these Terms and Conditions or any doubts arise regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Member and the Secretariat shall mutually negotiate in good faith to resolve the matter.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
In the event that litigation becomes necessary between the Members and the Secretariat regarding the contents of the Terms of Use based on these Terms and Conditions, the Members and the Secretariat agree that the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
Article 22 (Severability)
Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remaining parts of the provision that is determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall continue to be in full force and effect.
