How do I pay at a convenience store?

We accept payments at Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, and Seicomart.
*Some stores may not support this payment method. Thank you for your understanding.
▼How to Pay at Lawson, Ministop, and Loppi
*You will need your customer number and confirmation number when making a payment. Please write them down or print the screen.
1. Select "For those with various numbers" on the left button of the Loppi home screen.
2. Enter your 14-digit customer number.
3. Enter your 4-digit confirmation number and select "Next."
4. Confirm your payment details and select "Yes."
5. Present the printed receipt to the cashier and pay in cash within 30 minutes.
*Please be sure to receive your transaction details and receipt after payment.

▼How to Pay at FamilyMart/Multi-Function Printers
1. Select "Payment" from the multi-function printer's top menu.
2. Select "Next."
3. Select "Enter Number."
4. Enter "20020" on the first number entry screen.
5. Enter your 12-digit order number beginning with 8 on the second number entry screen.
6. After reading the notes, select "Agree and Proceed."
*Payment can be made by cash or FamiPay.
7. Check the payment details and press the "Confirm" button if they are correct.
8. An "M Copy Service Application Ticket" will be issued from the multi-function copier.
9. Take this "M Copy Service Application Ticket" and pay at the register by the payment expiration date.
10. After paying at the register, receive a receipt.
Depending on the payment details, you may be given a ticket roll.

*You will need your "Online Payment Number" when making a payment. Please write it down or print the screen.
1. Present your receipt number to the convenience store staff and ask for Online Payment."
2. After the staff operates the register, an input screen will appear, so please enter your receipt number.
3. The payment details will be displayed. Please confirm that they are correct and press the "Confirm" button.
4. Pay for the product in cash.
5. A receipt will be issued, so please be sure to receive it.
