- Your registered credit card has expired.
- Your registered credit card's credit limit has been exceeded.
- Your carrier contract has been changed or canceled.

For inquiries about your registered credit card or carrier usage, please contact your card company or mobile phone company.
*We cannot investigate or respond to such inquiries through this website.

Even if your contract has expired, you can still renew it within one month.
