Can I change my payment method before paying for my annual membership?

A

Instructions for changing your payment method before payment vary depending on the payment method.

- If you want to change your registered credit card to another one, go to MY PAGE and select Confirm/Change/Suspend Payment Method > Manage Payment Methods to make the change.
- If you are currently paying by credit card, d payment, or au PAY, but would like to switch to convenience store payment or SoftBank One-Stop Payment, you need to stop automatic renewal. Once your membership expires, a renewal procedure button will appear on MY PAGE, so please complete the procedure from there.
If you complete the procedure within the month following the expiration date, you will be able to continue using your membership with the same status, including your enrollment date and membership number. *Please note that credit card payment, d payment, and au PAY are instant payments, so cancellations or changes cannot be made after the renewal procedure has been completed.

Once the payment number issued on the website has expired, please complete the procedure again from MY PAGE. *Please note that convenience store payment may not be available in some stores.
