Can I change the payment method before paying for my annual membership?

Instructions for changing your payment method before payment vary depending on the payment method.

●I want to change the registered credit card to a different one.

Please change your payment method from [Check/Change/Suspend Payment Method] > Manage Payment Methods on MY PAGE.


I have selected credit card payment, d payment, or au simple payment, but I want to switch to convenience store payment or SoftBank lump-sum payment.

To change from credit card payment, d payment, or au Easy Payment to convenience store payment or SoftBank One-Stop Payment,

Once you stop automatic renewal and the expiration date has passed, a renewal procedure button will appear on MY PAGE, so please proceed from there.


If you complete the procedure within the month following the expiration date, you will be able to continue using your membership with the same status as your enrollment date and membership number.

*Please note that credit card payments, d-payment, and au Easy Payment are instant payments, so cancellations or changes cannot be made after the renewal procedure has been completed.
