About Membership Payment
- Q
I am considering the new pricing courses from the three carriers. Are any procedures required?
- A
If you currently use carrier billing with one of your mobile carriers, please check the following.
●For docomo users
- You can continue to use "d payment" with Docomo's new pricing courses, "ahamo" and "irumo."
- If you currently use "d payment" to register for this site and switch to "ahamo," your payment registration will continue and you will be able to continue using the site.
- Carrier email addresses (@docomo.ne.jp) cannot be used with docomo's new pricing courses, "ahamo" and "irumo."
- If you register for this site using a carrier email address, you will no longer receive newsletters and other notifications from the site. Please change your email address in MY PAGE.
<About irumo>
If you are considering switching to NTT docomo's new pricing course, "irumo," scheduled to begin on July 1, 2023, please check the following.
- You can continue to use "d payment" with Docomo's new "irumo" rate course.
- If you are currently using "d payment" to register for this site and change to "irumo," your payment registration will continue and you will be able to continue using the site, but you will not be able to use "sp mode payment."
*For details, please contact docomo.
- If you apply for the "docomo mail option" at the same time as changing your contract to docomo's new "irumo" rate course, you will be able to continue using your carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp).
- If you apply for the "docomo mail option" at any time after signing up for "irumo," or if you do not apply for the "docomo mail option," your carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp) may not be available or may not be transferred.
*The "irumo" service content may change in the future.
*We will notify you separately in the event of any changes.
●For au Users
au PAY is currently not available with au's new rate course, "povo2.0."
Therefore, if you currently use "au PAY" and switch to "povo2.0," your subscription will automatically be terminated.
*Customers who subscribed to "povo" before "povo2.0" was released ("povo1.0") will be able to continue using the service without any further action.
However, the "povo" service content may change in the future.
We will notify you separately in the event of any changes.
Please note that carrier email addresses (@au.com/@ezweb.ne.jp) cannot be used with au's new rate course, "povo."
If you registered on this site using a carrier email address, you will no longer receive notifications from the site, such as our newsletter, so please change your email address from MY PAGE.
● For SoftBank users
After March 3, 2022, if you transfer your mobile phone number between SoftBank, Y!mobile, and LINEMO brands without changing your number, you can continue to use it.
