About Membership Payment
- Q
I haven't canceled my membership, but it says "Payment not completed."
- A
This site is a monthly subscription service with automatic recurring payments, so payments will be made automatically and continue every month until you take steps to stop the automatic renewal. However, your membership may be automatically canceled in the following cases.
▼Credit card payments: If your registered credit card is deemed unable to process payments as of your next renewal date, your membership will be automatically canceled on the renewal date, and you will be unable to use the service from the following day. Please contact your card company for information about your card's validity, such as credit limit and expiration date.
If you re-register with the same email address (Plus member ID) within one month of your renewal date, you will be able to re-register with your membership information, including your enrollment date, retained.
▼Carrier payments: If you change your phone model and mobile carrier on your next renewal date, or if your phone number or contract name changes, your billing may not continue and your membership may be automatically canceled.
If you log in and make a payment with the same email address (Plus member ID) within one month of your membership cancellation (payment cancellation), you can resume your registration with the same membership information, including your enrollment date.
If more than 30 days have passed since your cancellation, or if you use a different email address, your membership information will be reset. Please note that your enrollment date cannot be restored.
