If you are using the same career site ID, there is generally no need to take any further action.
If for any reason the payment is not completed correctly on the "next renewal date," please log in with your registered Plus member ID (or email address) within one month of the renewal date and make the payment again.
Even if you cancel your membership, if you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) within one month and then re-register (i.e. go through the payment procedure), you will be able to continue using the site with your membership information, such as the date of joining.
*Please note that if 30 days have passed since your subscription was cancelled or if you use a different email address to complete the procedure, your registration will not be carried over and you will be required to sign up as a new member.
