About changing your device

Basically, your payment information will be carried over, so you can use the site on your new device.
Please note that depending on the contents of your contract, payment information may not be transferred.
If for any reason the payment is not completed correctly on the "next renewal date," please log in with your registered Plus member ID (or email address) within one month of the renewal date and make the payment again.
Even if you cancel your membership, if you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) within one month and then re-register (i.e. go through the payment procedure), you will be able to continue using the site with your membership information, such as the date of joining.
*Please note that if one month has passed since your subscription was cancelled or if you use a different email address to complete the procedure, your registration will not be carried over and you will be required to sign up as a new member.
