I get the error message "Failed to register member information." and I can't proceed with member registration.

If you receive the error message "Failed to register member information."

Please log in to Ticket Plaza using your Plus member ID/password and check your registration details.

If there are no errors in your registration information, log in to the fan club you wish to register for again and proceed to register your membership information.

If you wish to change your registration details, please change the editable items yourself.

If the error persists even after trying the above, or if there are any items in your registration that you cannot change (such as your last name or gender), please contact us.
