Each mobile phone company has set a high standard for spam prevention measures, which has resulted in a large number of cases where emails are not delivered.
Even if you are not aware of any measures to prevent spam, please be sure to check and set them up.

Depending on the system status of your iCloud Mail, there may be delays in receiving emails or they may not arrive at all.
Please also check that the email has not been sorted into your spam folder.

It may have been automatically sorted into your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.

● Check if the capacity is exceeded
You may not be able to receive emails if your mailbox or smartphone capacity is exceeded.

* The email address contains characters that are restricted for use.
Examples: a series of dots (.....), a series of symbols (_-_), a dot or symbol immediately before the at sign (.@), a symbol at the beginning (-abc), etc.
If you are using an email address that contains the relevant string, please register again using a different email address.
The following email addresses cannot be used as a general rule, as they do not comply with the global internet communication standard RFC (Request for Comments).

There are two types of email sending and receiving apps: "Mail (standard email app)" and "Messages (MMS email)."
When using the "Messages (MMS Mail)" function, due to the specifications of your iPhone, you may not be able to receive emails properly.
Please use "Mail (standard email app)".

- Please change your settings so that you can receive emails from PCs and emails with URLs.
- If you send a blank email instead of manually entering an address, please make sure not to include your own automatic signature in the body or subject line.
