About electronic tickets

Other Notes
● You can apply for up to 4 tickets per person per performance.
●Tickets are required for children aged 4 and over. Children aged 3 and under will also be charged if they require a seat.
●Please note that we cannot accept any changes to your information or cancellations of your application after the application period has ended.
● Cancellations after winning or purchasing tickets are not permitted for any reason attributable to the customer.
●Please refrain from purchasing tickets for resale purposes. If it is discovered that tickets are being offered for auction, both the seller and the buyer will be denied entry.
●We may ask for identification on the day of the event. Please bring a photo ID with you.
● Only the person whose name is on the ticket will be admitted. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse your entry. In that case, no refunds will be given for the ticket price.
●Tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to attend.
●Depending on your seat location, you may have difficulty seeing all or part of the stage production. Tickets will not be refunded due to poor visibility.
●Camera cameras will be present on the day of the performance for video and photography. The recorded video and photographs may be used for commercialization, promotion, etc. Please be aware of this in advance.
●Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited. However, there will be a limited time during the VVIP seat privilege "sound check" when photography is permitted. Details will be announced on the day of the event.
●The contents of the bonus items may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
●Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue are the responsibility of the customer. These conditions remain unchanged even if the performance is cancelled.
