<About electronic tickets>
Target events: Two-shot photo session, individual member autograph session, individual member heart-touch session
The method for receiving 'electronic tickets' via the Meet Pass app is to prevent buying, selling, and transferring tickets. Around 6:00 PM the day before each event You will receive an email from Tixplus system with further information.
Winners should receive their "electronic ticket" via the Meet Pass app when the ticket collection date and time arrives.
*If you are unable to receive emails, please check the event TOP page of the Meet Pass app for instructions on how to receive them.
*Please download your electronic ticket as soon as it is distributed and have it ready.
*Entry with an electronic ticket requires the use of a smartphone or tablet (excluding some models). Please ensure your smartphone or tablet (excluding some models) is fully charged and working beforehand. We cannot be held responsible for any issues such as dead battery or malfunction of your smartphone or tablet (excluding some models).
*Those who have completed registration and entry using an electronic ticket will remain in the waiting line and will not be allowed to leave the line. ■Notes on participating in the event
Please be sure to come to the reception desk in front of the venue during the reception hours and present your "electronic ticket" and "identification document specified for this event".
*Please have the necessary documents ready in advance so that you can show them to our staff immediately upon arrival at the reception desk.
Once your identity has been verified, please line up.
*Once your identity has been verified, you will not be allowed to leave the venue until the end of the event. Please use the restroom beforehand.
Only the winner themselves will be admitted, for any reason whatsoever. Even if a family member or friend attends on your behalf, they will not be admitted, regardless of the reason.
In that case, we will not issue any refunds or exchanges for the CD product.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, ticket fraud, etc. that occur inside or outside the event venue.
*Transferring or reselling participation rights is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, forgery, duplication, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, and if discovered, participation in this event will be denied even if you have participation rights for other events on other days, and you will also be prohibited from participating in any future events. In serious cases, we will report to the police. We are not responsible for any theft, trouble, ticket fraud, or other accidents between customers.
*For events where photography is permitted, photography using any equipment other than the designated camera is prohibited.

*Please note that for some events, you will be required to leave your belongings in a designated area. For events where you are required to carry your belongings, please ensure that all your belongings are in a single bag that can be carried on one shoulder or in a backpack.
*Name tags and name plates should be business card sized and attached to clothing using pin badges or similar.
*Please note that name tags worn around the neck, fans, and handwritten papers are prohibited. Depending on the circumstances, venue staff may ask you to refrain from using them.
*Please note that you may be asked to remove rings and watches before participating to prevent injuries.
*Please cooperate as our staff will check both your hands before you participate in the event.
*If you have a disability or find it difficult to wait in line for a long time, please inform a member of staff nearby. You may be asked to present a disability certificate, doctor's certificate, etc., so please bring these with you.
*Customers using wheelchairs or with special circumstances should consult with our staff in advance.

<About the two-shot instant photo session>
- You cannot take photos in any pose other than the four specified ones.
・As a general rule, we do not retake photos. Retakes will only be made if there is a problem with the photo of the member. After the photo is taken, please be sure to check the photo in the lane, and if there is a problem, please inform a staff member before leaving the lane. After checking, we will decide whether or not to retake the photo. We cannot accommodate any retakes after the event.
*Due to differences in location and other factors, the angle of view and appearance may vary for each member. This is due to the characteristics of instant cameras, and we will not retake photos in such cases.

<Regarding events where photography is permitted>
Target events: Individual member heart-touching events, group heart-touching events
- Video recording is permitted inside the booth and in designated shooting areas, but please note that we will not allow photos of customers and artists together in a two-shot format.
- You are only permitted to record videos while holding the recording device in your own hand.
・Photography is permitted using only one camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device owned by the customer. Photography with other devices (instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, SLR cameras, etc.) is not permitted. Please ensure your camera app is ready to launch before joining the queue for the meet-and-greet.
- We will ask you to confirm that the camera app on your mobile phone is working before you enter the booth.
*The only camera mode used for shooting is the standard rear camera in normal mode. The use of apps, the front camera, etc., is prohibited.
*Photography using specialized equipment such as SLR cameras or video cameras is not permitted.
*Please refrain from using flash photography.
*Photography is limited to members only. Actions that include customers in the photos are prohibited.
*Please note that making any requests to the members, such as asking them to pose, is strictly prohibited.
*Please note that attaching requests for poses, stuffed animals, or other items to camera-equipped mobile phones, smartphones, or tablet devices used for photography is prohibited.
If we deem it dangerous, our staff may ask you to remove it.
*Please refrain from using clip-on lenses, telephoto lenses, etc. attached to mobile phones.
*The use of tripods and selfie sticks is prohibited. Live streaming is also strictly prohibited. If any prohibited activities are discovered, we may take measures such as data confiscation or expulsion from the venue.

<About bringing notes>

- You may bring a sheet of paper with notes on what you would like to discuss, but only when attending the events listed above.
Regarding bringing in notes on what you will be discussing, you may only bring one sheet of paper smaller than A4 size.
If you wish to bring your own items, please inform a staff member when you participate in the event.
*Staff may check the contents in advance.
- It is okay for customers to talk to the artists while looking at the memo paper, but they cannot be shown to the artists.

■Other Notes
*Electronic tickets will not be reissued for any reason. If you are unable to display your electronic ticket on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate in the event.
*Forgery and resale of "electronic tickets" and "identification documents designated for this event" are strictly prohibited. If any forgery or resale is discovered, all of your rights to participate in offline events will be invalidated, and you will be prohibited from participating in all fromis_9 events in the future.
*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.
*Event details may be subject to change. Please be aware of this before applying.
*When participating, please keep your valuables in good care at your own risk.
*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary.
*Please note that we will not be accepting gifts or fan mail at the reception or inside the venue.
*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*Even if applicants or participants suffer any damages in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists will not be held responsible in any way, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
*If any illegal actions are discovered to have been taken to obtain the winning rights by lending or borrowing ID, reselling or transferring the rights, etc., the winning rights will be invalidated and the person will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.
*Please do not gather on public roads near the venue or in shared spaces at the facility. Also, waiting for performers to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.
*If you are in a no-lingering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate by following their instructions.
*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies or participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.
*To ensure the event proceeds smoothly, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please be aware of this before participating.
*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please store it in a coin locker or similar facility before joining the reception waiting line.
*Only one carry-on bag that can be slung over one shoulder is permitted inside the venue. (Carry-on suitcases are not allowed.)
*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to the venue or residents living near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.
*Please note that the event may be unavoidably canceled, or the participating members may change or be absent due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, the COVID-19 situation, or artist's schedule. The event date and content may also be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. These conditions remain the same even if the event is canceled or terminated prematurely. Thank you for your understanding.
*Failure to follow the rules may result in your exclusion from the event. The event itself may also be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*Please note that the organizers will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings or accidents.
*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff regarding all matters related to the operation of the event.
*Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the customer's responsibility. *Entry may be refused to those who fall under the following categories.
Individuals with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Also, individuals experiencing any of the following symptoms of ill health: cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.
Individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted entry to the venue.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
Waiting for performers before or after the show is prohibited.

*Please observe the "Prohibited Items" below when participating. If a participant violates the "Prohibited Items" below, or if the organizers otherwise deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning entry will be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. Please note that even in this case, we will not be able to provide refunds for product prices or compensation for transportation or travel expenses.
