Customers who pre-order eligible items at Tower Records Shibuya during the period below will receive a serial numbered entry ticket for a chance to win a "Premium Group Autograph Session" on a first-come, first-served basis, for the number of tickets purchased.

<About reservations>
*Reservation registration and reception is only valid at the event venue on the day.
*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
*Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register your reservation.
*Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure you can receive them.
*When registering for a reservation, please scan the QR code posted at the event venue with your smartphone/mobile phone (some models excluded). Press the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender's address, and then send the blank email.
*When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
*Please select the product you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.
*You can choose to pick up your pre-ordered items at Tower Records Shibuya store or have them delivered (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
*Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the QR code for payment at the cash register at the venue.
*After confirming your reservation details, we will hand over the bonus items according to the product. Changes, cancellations, or refusals to receive the items cannot be made after payment has been confirmed.

<<About receiving>>
*Items can be picked up at the store from the evening on the day they arrive.
*When receiving your product, please open the order information URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
*Screenshots cannot be used.
*If you have requested delivery, we will deliver your order in order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information email titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your order."
*Products can be reserved for 4 weeks from the release date.
*Please note that we will not be able to collect your item after the reservation period has expired. In such cases, we will not be able to refund your payment.

■ Information about winning the "Premium Group Autograph Session"
Winners will be notified via their Tower Records Members My Page (https://tower.jp/ec/Customer/Menu) for further information.
*We will also inform you of the results by email after the announcement date and time for each round.
*If you have spam filters set up, please set up your email to receive emails from the @towerrecords.co.jp domain.
*We are unable to answer any inquiries regarding the results of the lottery, so please refrain from making any inquiries.
*Only the winner will be allowed to enter the lottery event.

<About identity verification>
On the day of the event, winners will be required to show their "identification card specified for this event" at the reception desk to verify their identity.
*Only the winner can participate for any reason. Even if a family member or friend attends in place of the winner, they will not be allowed to enter regardless of the reason.

2. "Identification specified for this event" (photo, copy, expired)
*Please note that if you do not have the above two items, you will not be able to participate, regardless of the reason.

■ Important points to note when applying
*Please check the "Serial Numbered Application Ticket" that we gave you and apply yourself using the application form within the application period mentioned above.
*You will receive one "serial numbered application ticket" for each eligible product purchased. Changes, cancellations, and refusals to receive the product cannot be made after purchase.
*You can only apply once on the application website per "serial numbered application ticket." Please note that you cannot apply multiple times with one "serial numbered application ticket."
*To apply, please go to URL listed on the "Serial Number Attached Application Ticket." For details on how to apply, please refer to the "Serial Number Attached Application Ticket."
*If you apply using a serial number that is not listed on the "Serial Number Included Application Ticket," your application will be invalid.

■ Precautions when participating in the event
*On the day of the event, we will check your identity at the venue from the assembly time for both [Part 1] and [Part 2]. If you are selected for the premium group autograph session, your serial number will be listed on your My Page.
*Please note that you will be guided to the venue in order of your serial number when entering, but if you are late for the meeting time stated on your My Page or in the winning information included in your admission ticket, your serial number will be invalid.
*Please be seated while waiting for the autograph session, and standing when participating in the session.
*The transfer or resale of the event winning notification (winning rights) to a third party, including family or friends, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you may be refused participation in the event. Please note.
*If you are unable to log in to your Tower Records Online My Page, we will not resend the winning notification for any reason. Please keep your ID and password safe.
*There will be no performance.
*Name tags and name plates should be business card sized and attached to clothing using pin badges or similar.
*The "Winning Notification" is only valid on the day of the event.
*If you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. If you feel unwell during the event or notice any other customers feeling unwell, please inform a nearby staff member.
*Large luggage (including carry-on bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) is prohibited from being brought into the event venue. We cannot store items at the venue, so please use a coin locker or similar facility in advance. The size of luggage that can be brought into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried over one shoulder.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.
*Please note that we are unable to accept gifts or fan letters.
*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. The same applies in the event that the event is canceled.

■About the Premium Group Autograph Session
・Please be sure to come to the reception desk in front of the venue during the reception hours and present your "winning email (or My Page)" and "identification card specified for this event."
・Once your identity has been verified, you will be asked to line up inside the venue.
*After completing the "identification verification" process, you will not be able to leave the venue until the premium group autograph session has finished. Please make sure to use the restroom beforehand.
- When instructed by staff, please proceed in front of the members.
- When you receive a signal from the staff, please move quickly to the next member.
・The event will end when all members have signed and the signed cards have been handed out.
・At the Premium Group Signing Event, you can participate in the signing event with all members attending on the day once per participation right.
・At the premium group autograph session, each member will sign a paperback prepared by the organizer and hand it over to you.
・As a general rule, autographs will not be rewritten. However, if your autograph is clearly written incorrectly, you must report it to the staff during the premium group autograph session of the section you are participating in, and we will only rewrite it if the mistake is acknowledged. This decision is at the discretion of the venue staff. Please note that if you report it after the premium group autograph session of each section has ended, you will not be able to rewrite it.
-For premium group autograph sessions, you cannot specify the size of the autograph.
・You cannot specify how to write (e.g., writing with your non-dominant hand).
*Signatures will be on the mount provided by the organizer. Signing on any other paper is not permitted.
※サインに使用するペンは主催者側が用意したペンのみとなります。
※サイン会中、しゃがむ、立膝をつく、テーブルに触れる等の行為は禁止とさせていただきます。立ったままご参加ください。
・サインの際、以下の事項は禁止となります。
※顔が隠れるかぶりもの、帽子等をかぶった状態での参加はスタッフの判断により外していただく場合がございます。
・携帯電話は電源をお切りの上かばんの中へおしまいください。ポケットに入れた状態でのご参加は禁止となります。

＜撮影について＞
※プレミアム団体サイン会では、待機中に録音・動画・写真撮影が可能です。待機中以外の時間の録音/録画/撮影は禁止いたします。万一発見した場合、また係員の指示に従っていただけない場合は、途中退場およびカメラ・携帯電話等の没収、データの消去をさせていただく場合がございます。
※スマートフォン、携帯電話、デジタルカメラ等いずれの機器もご使用になれますが、フラッシュ撮影および一脚や三脚、自撮り棒、大きな望遠レンズを使用した撮影は周囲のお客様へのご迷惑となりますのでご遠慮ください。
※一脚や三脚等撮影機器をその場に固定する器具の使用、席を立ち上がっての撮影、席の移動は禁止とさせていただきます。
※カメラをご自分の頭より高い位置にあげ、周囲の方の視界を遮る撮影は周囲のお客様へのご迷惑となりますのでご遠慮ください。
※また、撮影機器にスローガンやぬいぐるみ等を貼り付けて撮影することは、周囲のお客様へのご迷惑となりますのでご遠慮ください。

＜メモの持ち込みにつきまして＞
・サイン会参加時ですが、基本的には両手が空いた状態、何も手に持たない状態でご参加いただきます。
・お話いただく内容をメモした用紙の持ち込みにつきましては、A4サイズより小さいサイズの用紙のみ持ち込み可能となります。
・お持ち込み希望の方は、サイン会参加の際にスタッフまでお申し出ください。
※事前にスタッフが内容を確認させていただく場合がございます。
・メモ用紙は、お客様が見ながら会話をすることは問題ございませんが、アーティストに見せることはできません。

■その他の注意事項
※特典会には、メンバー全員の参加を予定しておりますが、諸事情により急遽参加メンバーが変わる場合がございます。
※飛行機や電車などの公共機関の遅延による来場遅れでの参加対応もいたしません。必ず時間には余裕を持ってお越しください。
※受付・入場を済まされた方はそのまま参加待機になり、会場を離れる事はできません。一度会場を出られますと再度会場内には戻れず、ご参加いただけなくなりますので、お手洗い等は事前にお済ませください。
※受付時・入場時に、お連れ様を列に呼び入れるなどの割り込み行為は禁止いたします。
※イベント会場内外で発生した事故・盗難等には主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。貴重品は各自で管理してください。

※会場内での飲食行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
※会場周辺での座り込み・集会等は、他のお客様のご迷惑となりますので禁止させていただきます。
