*Tickets are required for children 4 years of age and older. Children 3 and under are free if they sit on a child's lap, but if they require a seat, a ticket must be purchased.

*If you do not follow the instructions of the organizers and venue staff, or other rules and etiquette set by the organizers, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.

■Notes regarding attendance and venue use
*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.
*Please manage your luggage and valuables at your own risk. The organizer will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.

■About carry-on and baggage inspections at the venue
*On the day of the performance, to ensure safety within the venue, visual baggage checks may be conducted upon entry.
*Bringing recording, filming, and photography equipment (cameras, binoculars with filming functions, recorders, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited.
*We cannot store luggage inside the venue. Please use coin lockers etc. in advance for large luggage such as suitcases.
*If any prohibited items are found, please follow the staff's instructions.

■ Regarding audio recording, filming, photography, and live streaming
*Bringing photography and recording equipment into the venue, as well as taking photographs, videos, audio recordings, and live streaming (live audio and video broadcasts) within the venue are strictly prohibited in order to protect the rights of the artists.
*Please set your smartphone to silent mode and store it in your bag.
*If any voyeurism or eavesdropping is confirmed, the data will be deleted, your ticket will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave immediately. In this case, no refunds will be given for the ticket or other expenses.

■About using the disabled space
*If you wish to use the disabled space, please contact the event enquiry desk at least 3 days before the performance.
*If you come without applying in advance, it may be difficult to secure a space and we may not be able to accommodate you.

■About stand flowers and dressing room flowers
We accept flower arrangements (celebratory flowers) for artists and dressing room flowers.
Please be sure to follow the instructions below. If you do not follow these instructions, we will not be able to accept your parcel. Thank you for your understanding.

<Delivery deadline>
Please arrange for delivery to the venue by the following time. Please include the performance date and artist name.
*If delivery is made outside the specified time, we may not be able to receive it.
Deadline: 10am-11am on the day of each performance

<Pick-up deadline>
When ordering flower stands or balloon stands, please be sure to make arrangements for collection.
If you do not request collection, we may not be able to accept your item.
Pick-up period: 2/28 on the day of the performance

*We only accept contractors who can pick up the equipment during the above times. If you are unable to pick up the equipment during these times, we will be unable to install the equipment.
*Please note that the venue and those involved in the performance will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of flowers or other items sent to you.
*Please use the size of a single stand flower or stand balloon as a guide. Multiple stand flowers or rice rings cannot be placed together.
*We cannot accept requests to take the flowers, accessories, etc. that you have arranged with us, or to specify a location for their return.
*Please note that if it is difficult to display everything in the lobby, some items may be placed in the back yard.
*The placement of flower stands and other items within the venue (including outside the venue) is subject to the hall usage regulations and
The organizers will decide whether to set up the items in accordance with the Fire Service Act, and will do so in no particular order.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific installation locations or orders.

■About receiving gifts and letters
*Gifts and letters for artists will not be accepted at the performance venue.
*Please refrain from bringing any personal items into the venue, entrusting them to staff, or bringing them as gifts to the dressing rooms.

■Other prohibited actions
*The sale and distribution of unofficial goods using the artist's image or name is prohibited within the venue premises, neighboring facilities, and public places.
*Waiting for artists to arrive or leave the airport when they arrive in Japan is prohibited.
